How we handle your data and our AI

MPL.Capital's AI models are powerful analytical tools, but they have important limitations that all users must understand:

• Probabilistic outputs: AI signals represent statistical probabilities based on historical patterns, not certainties. Markets can and do behave in ways that have no historical precedent.
• Training data boundaries: Models are trained on historical data. They may underperform during unprecedented market conditions, black swan events, or structural market changes.
• No fundamental analysis: The current system focuses on technical and quantitative analysis. It does not deeply analyze company fundamentals, management quality, or qualitative factors.
• Latency: While we strive for real-time analysis, processing delays of seconds to minutes can occur during periods of extreme market volatility.
• Coverage gaps: Not all assets are covered with equal depth. Smaller-cap stocks and less liquid assets may have less reliable signals due to lower data availability.

What data we collect

We collect account information (name, email), portfolio data you voluntarily add, usage data (queries, interactions), and technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide and improve the MPL.Capital service, personalize AI analysis to your portfolio context, send communications you have opted into, and ensure platform security.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for model improvement purposes.

Third-party data sharing

We use trusted third-party services for infrastructure (cloud hosting, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We never sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
