You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms; (d) scrape or harvest data from the platform without authorization; (e) use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MPL.CAPITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
