MPL.Capital ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the MPL.Capital platform ("Software") solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and the applicable subscription plan.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or its underlying AI models; (c) sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer the Software or your access rights; (d) use the Software to build a competing product or service; (e) use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform; (f) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
The AI models and quantitative analysis engines embedded in the Software are proprietary to MPL.Capital. Outputs generated by the AI are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not use AI-generated outputs for commercial redistribution, publication, or as the basis for financial products without express written permission.
The Software, including all AI models, algorithms, analysis engines, user interfaces, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of MPL.Capital. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MPL.Capital.
MPL.Capital may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time without prior notice. Updates may be applied automatically. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Software.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MPLCAPITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MPLCAPITAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
